So your boyfriend saw his ex and they went to the movies together. She was after him and he didn’t want any of it, but he felt guilty anyway in spite of the fact that HE HADN’T DONE ANYTHING WRONG. I feel sorry for the poor kid, because there’ll be times in your relationship when he IS tempted, or YOU will be. Because that’s human, and serious shit happens.
But for now, HE HAS DONE NOTHING WRONG.
No, seriously.
Nothing.
It looks like he was trying to be the nice guy here, and got lured into a situation that he didn’t feel entirely comfortable with. But they went to a movie, and that was that. No smooching, no leftover feelings, no “Maybe I’m not over her completely”, nothing.
Also, not everything is about YOU. Some things are about him and his past, and yeah, some space is sometimes needed to deal with the past.
Do yourself a favour. Get over it. It’s really nothing.
